Job summary

ExTrac is seeking a Software Engineer in London to help build and operate the backend services and pipelines that power our decision‑intelligence platform. You will develop Go and Python microservices and APIs, ensuring the system remains fast, reliable, and scalable as data grows.

You’ll design features end‑to‑end, work with the AI, frontend, analysts, and product teams, and contribute to deployment tooling, observability, and security.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade services.
• Proficiency in Go or Python and ability to own features end to end.
• Experience with microservices, databases, and APIs.
• Familiarity with deployment pipelines, observability, and security.

Responsibilities
