Search Consultancy is recruiting for a Production Operative on the back shift in Glasgow. The role involves assembling timber wall panels, following diagrams and using hand and power tools, with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

You will join a busy factory team, receive full training, and opportunities for progression. The position is full-time with a structured progression plan and a pay review after training and targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, fabrication, manufacturing, assembly or transferable skills.
• Ability to follow diagrams and instructions accurately.
• Confident using tools and handling materials.
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
