Slim Chickens Trafford Centre is hiring Back of House Team Members to help prepare meals and maintain a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll join a friendly, energetic team committed to high standards and great guest experiences.

The role supports kitchen operations, stock control, and collaboration with teammates to deliver timely, quality dishes. Training and growth opportunities are available in BRG’s expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• Passion for cooking and delivering quality food.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection and meeting high standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
• Adhering to food safety, hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
• Assisting with stock control and ingredient freshness.
• Working as part of a team to ensure accurate, timely orders.
• Handling equipment safely and reporting maintenance needs.
