Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking menu items to our high standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Following food safety, hygiene and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation and ingredient freshness.
• Working with the team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
• Handling kitchen equipment safely and reporting maintenance needs.
• Supporting the kitchen team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
