Slim Chickens Trafford Centre is hiring a Back of House Supervisor to lead our kitchen team and ensure top-quality Southern-inspired dishes. You will oversee all back-of-house operations, mentor staff, and ensure strict food safety and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must have supervisory experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong leadership and team motivation skills are essential.
Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Manage inventory, monitor stock, and arrange timely ordering of supplies.
Collaborate with Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service.
Address kitchen issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
Support staff training and development to uphold brand standards.
Create a positive, productive work environment for the kitchen team.
