We’re looking for enthusiastic Back of House Nandocas (our term for Team Members) to join us!

The role of a Back of House Nandoca is straightforward: to prepare and cook the finest PERi-PERi meals that will delight every guest.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions. No previous experience is necessary—just bring your passion and willingness to learn, and we will teach you everything you need to know.

What You Will Do

• Make our guests feel valued as part of our family by cooking, grilling, and preparing meals to Nando’s high standards.
• Set up, maintain, and close down clean, safe, and fully operational workstations.
• Handle deep cleaning to meet Nando’s high standards.
• Follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and security protocols.
