We’re looking for motivated individuals to join us as Back of House Nandocas (our team members)!

The role of a Back of House Nandoca is simple: to prepare and cook our delicious PERi-PERi meals and delight every guest.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions. No previous experience is necessary—just bring your passion and willingness to learn, and we will teach you the rest.

What You Will Do

• Make our guests feel valued as part of our family by cooking, grilling, and preparing meals to Nando’s high standards.
• Set up, maintain, and close down clean, safe, and fully operational workstations.
• Perform deep cleaning to meet Nando’s high standards.
• Follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and security protocols.
