The Mowgli Street Food team in Cheltenham is seeking a Back of House Shift Manager to uphold food quality, safety, and speed of service while ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.

You will lead by example and work closely with the Front of House team to deliver a seamless, high-quality guest experience from prep to plate, across our craft Indian street food offering.
