Job summary

Tesco Café is hiring a Back of House team member to help ensure every dish meets the menu promise while keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. You’ll contribute to great service and a welcoming environment for customers.

You will handle food prep, safety standards, stock rotation, deliveries, and assist with maintaining a smooth café operation to deliver consistent quality daily.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
• Serve customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Practice FIFO stock rotation to keep our food fresh.
• Accept deliveries and handle the safe storage of food.
