Job summary

Crown Peterborough is seeking a Back End Team Leader to drive day-to-day leadership of the Back End Operation in a world-class can manufacturing site in Peterborough. You will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant processes while collaborating with Front End, Maintenance, Quality and Warehouse teams to meet production targets.

This permanent, shift-based role offers a 4-on/4-off pattern, a competitive salary of £56,792, a supportive global organisation, and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 manufacturing/engineering/operational qualification.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Back End Operation team to ensure safe, efficient and compliant operation.
• Collaborate with Front End, Maintenance, Quality and Warehouse teams to meet production targets.
• Uphold high standards of quality and process improvements on the Back End can manufacturing processes.
