Mamas & Papas is seeking a creative Babywear Designer to join our design team. You will translate trends and customer insight into commercial babywear ranges, from concept through to final product, keeping the brand DNA front and center.
You will collaborate with Buying, Product Development and suppliers to deliver best-in-class product, develop seasonal color, prints and styling, and contribute to a collaborative design culture across the business.
Competenze
- Proven experience as a Children's Wear Designer with strong babywear experience.
- Strong understanding of babywear trends, product development and customer needs.
- Excellent knowledge of trend forecasting, colour, fabric and styling.
- Experience translating brand vision into product.
Mansioni
- Design and develop multi-product babywear ranges from concept to final product.
- Translate trends into relevant, commercially successful babywear.
- Develop seasonal colour, print, fabric and styling directions.
- Create concepts and customer stories with emotional brand resonance.
- Collaborate with Buying, Product Development and suppliers.
- Produce clear factory packs and technical specs.
- Support seasonal range development with mood boards and concepts.
- Keep abreast of competitor activity and market trends.
