Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Leeds is recruiting a Baby Room Leader to oversee a dedicated team in LS11. You will lead the room, plan activities, and ensure babies receive high-quality care in a safe, nurturing environment.

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Baby Room Leader to join our friendly nursery team in LS11, Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is ready to take the next step in their early years career. You'll be leading a dedicated team, creating inspiring learning experiences, and helping to give our youngest children the very best start in life.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Baby Room Leader, you'll be at the heart of the room, providing high-quality care and creating a warm, nurturing environment where babies feel safe, loved and supported.

You'll:

• Lead and inspire a team of nursery practitioners
• Plan engaging activities that support each child's development
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Ensure the room maintains the highest standards of care, safety and learning

We're Looking For Someone Who:
