Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a confident Nursery Lead (Room Leader) for a LS11, Leeds setting. You will take ownership of a room, guide the nursery team, and uphold high standards to ensure a thriving environment for children and staff.

You will lead learning in line with EYFS, coach practitioners, monitor development, and build strong relationships with families, while safeguarding and compliance are maintained. This is a full-time role with clear progression and leadership responsibilities.

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident Nursery Lead (Room Leader) to take ownership of a room and support the wider nursery team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced practitioner ready to step up and lead with clarity and consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a room and supporting day-to-day operations
• Planning and delivering high-quality learning in line with EYFS
• Coaching and supporting practitioners in your team
