A leading nursery in Egham is seeking a Room Leader to inspire and support a team in delivering exceptional care and education. Salary – Starting from: £29,952.00 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Hours- Full Time, 40 hours

We’re seeking a Room Leader for our baby room. Our 72-place setting is Ofsted rated 'Good' and features well-resourced rooms with direct access to large gardens and outdoor play areas, supporting outdoor learning in all weather. Located on the Royal Holloway University grounds, the nursery offers free onsite parking, nearby shops, and is a short drive from Egham town centre.

The Role
As a Room Leader, you will lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education. You will support children's development, promote welfare, health, safety, and safeguarding, and build strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and professionals to meet each child's needs.
