Job summary

GLL at Llanishen Leisure Centre is seeking a Baby & Pre-School Swimming Teacher to deliver high-quality in-water lessons. You will follow the SWIMBiES plans, sing in public, and be the welcoming face for the baby lesson programme, ensuring a safe and loving teaching environment for children and parents.

Experience with babies and toddlers, plus strong communication with guardians, is essential. The role offers flexible hours and a staff-owned, community-focused workplace with broad development

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed Baby & Pre-School swimming qualifications.
• If not held, willingness to develop delivery experience with structured support.
• STA Level 2/3 credentials preferred with timely completion targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Baby & Pre-School lessons in water.
• Follow SWIMBiES lesson plans and programmes.
• Engage with customers, create a safe, fun environment, communicate clearly.
