Position: BA In Home / Repairs and Maintenance – 12th of May to 14th of Nov – Stevenage - £550 Umbrella

The CIO function operates within the technology space providing business solutions across the Group that are innovative, robust, cost-effective, and aligned with corporate goals and strategy. As a Business Process & Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and maintaining industry-leading business solutions. Your focus will be on effective use of technology, processes, and systems to understand business needs and develop solutions to improve operational and commercial performance, as well as enhance quality and safety across the workforce.

Specialism: Water/Energy/Telecoms/Rail/Air - Asset management and scheduling, CRM capability focus.

The key responsibilities include:

1. Assessing and developing business requirements and determining appropriate solution options in partnership with solution architects.
2. Proactively sharing and promoting the solutions delivered.
3. Providing effective hyper-care support for all solutions.
4. Maintaining effective governance across all internal processes.
5. Identifying and evaluating technologies aligned with business goals and strategies.
6. Conducting impact assessments for process and system changes.
7. Identifying opportunities to improve service, quality, safety, and profitability through process and system improvements or implementations.
8. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with business stakeholders.
9. Communicating regularly with all levels of business stakeholders.
10. Understanding business needs, challenges faced by contracts, and how solutions can deliver benefits.
11. Seeking relevant innovations applicable to the Capital Delivery sector.
12. Establishing and maintaining a strong innovation-driven dynamic among stakeholders to promote continuous improvement.
13. Collaborating with in-house and outsourced IT management to develop systems, deploy solutions, and build interfaces as needed.
14. Representing the CIO function at client and contract meetings, ensuring collaborative approaches to solutions.
15. Liaising with clients and partners on joint initiatives and representing the company as required.
