BA Euroflyer - Finance Analyst – Commercial & Reporting

This role provides an opportunity to impact the business from day one, supporting route profitability analysis, management accounts, and financial reporting. Study support is included for candidates still pursuing education.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Management Accounts model, including monthly rollover and integrity checks.
• Produce route contribution analysis and support monthly management accounts and forecasts.
• Support in preparing management commentary, variance analysis, and journal postings.
• Conduct accruals, prepayments analysis, and reconciliations.
• Create financial analysis, KPI dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Assist in revenue forecasting, capacity outlooks, and business plan modeling.
• Ensure accurate end-to-end financial operations and maintain process documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and experience with complex data.
• Effective communication skills across all levels.
• Flexibility to meet deadlines and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and work independently or in teams.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, accounting experience, and financial modeling knowledge.
