Our Community Mental Health Recovery Services are Secondary Mental Health Teams providing assessments for evidence-based, time-limited treatments and psychological interventions for adults with severe and enduring mental health issues. The focus of our service is promoting recovery, independence, and developing self-management strategies to help individuals achieve their potential in the community.
As our clinical lead, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing clinical leadership and supervision for all Band 6 clinicians within the CMHRS Team. You will ensure the service operates safely, effectively, and efficiently as part of the wider Mental Health services system. Additionally, you will foster a culture that encourages individuals to actively participate in identifying, planning, and meeting their needs. You will deputise for the Service Manager in their absence and undertake relevant management responsibilities.
