Join a leading mental health service as a Clinical Lead in Chertsey. You will provide clinical leadership, manage workloads, and support the development of policies. The role is crucial in promoting recovery and wellbeing for individuals with severe mental health issues.
Our Community Mental Health Recovery Services are Secondary Mental Health Teams that provide assessments for evidence-based, time-limited treatments and psychological interventions for adults with severe and enduring mental health issues. The focus of our service is promoting recovery, independence, and developing self-management strategies to help individuals achieve their potential in the community.
As our clinical lead, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing clinical leadership and supervision for all Band 6 clinicians within the CMHRS Team. You will ensure the service operates safely, effectively, and efficiently as part of the wider Mental Health services system. Additionally, you will foster a culture that encourages individuals to actively participate in identifying, planning, and meeting their needs. You will deputise for the Service Manager in their absence and undertake management responsibilities as required.
