Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) is looking for Band 5 Physiotherapists for a rotational post across Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Home First Services and Neuro Services. Rotations last 6 months each, and you will assess, treat, and rehab patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You will manage your own caseload, maintain documentation, and participate in weekend rosters as required, contributing to service development and ongoing professional
Band 5 Physiotherapists provide high-quality, evidence-based assessment and treatment to patients with a range of physical conditions, supporting their recovery and aiming to improve mobility and function. They work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering individualized care plans and promoting health and wellbeing. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical records, contributing to service development, and engaging in ongoing professional learning.
Rotational post across RDaSH including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Home First Services and Neuro Services.
Rotations will last 6 months each.
