  • Conduct competitor, retailer and category reviews to identify relevant developments and useful insights for the team.
  • Help coordinate briefs, content, approvals, supplier inputs and reporting for trade engagement activities.
  • Track agreed campaign and engagement measures and summarise results in a clear, accessible format.

  • Help maintain accurate programme trackers covering asset requirements, production, logistics, installation and completion status.
  • Assist with deployment‑readiness checks, issue escalation and follow‑up actions across internal teams and delivery partners.
  • Support post‑implementation reviews to capture performance, issues, learning and improvement opportunities.
5. Business Analysis and Administration
  • Collect, organise and analyse data to support decision making across B2B and Visibility workstreams.
  • Create reports, dashboards, presentations and concise summaries using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other approved tools.
  • Identify trends, risks, gaps and opportunities, escalating issues and proposing practical next steps where appropriate.
  • Support budget tracking, purchase‑order administration, meeting coordination and other project administration where required.
  • Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
