• Background in Software & Platforms for SMB, mid-market or enterprise software businesses
• Experience in strategy, transformation, or commercial roles within software/SaaS
• Proven track record influencing C-level stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes

• Lead complex B2B transformation programmes spanning GTM strategy, business model transformation, lead-to-cash redesign and operational change
• Define and structure solutions in ambiguous environments with rigorous analysis and evidence-based recommendations
• Build and own the commercial narrative with business cases and value models for executive review
