Pitchbox is seeking a hands-on Social Media Specialist to own our X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit presence. You’ll write posts, produce short videos, reply to comments, and track results daily—no team to manage, you do the work and own the impact.

You’ll turn product updates and blog content into engaging posts, test new formats, and report reach and engagements weekly. This is a fully remote role with opportunities to shape our marketing automation products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running social media for a brand, ideally B2B or SaaS.

Responsabilités

• Run X, Facebook, and Instagram accounts day to day; plan calendar, write copy, publish natively on each platform.
• Create short vertical videos: tips, how-tos, screen recordings; reuse across Reels, Facebook Reels, and X video.
• Turn blog posts, guides, webinars, and product releases into posts that people save and share.
• Respond to comments, replies, mentions, and DMs quickly; route questions to the right team.
• Join conversations on X; engage with meaningful insights rather than generic praise.
• Test formats (e.g., Instagram Trial Reels; X) and keep what works, drop what doesn’t.
• Track performance with UTMs; report weekly on reach, engagement, followers, and traffic to products.
• Monitor competitors and industry news; flag trending topics to jump on the same day.
