Senior B2B Product Manager – Drive Platform Innovation at TLA

Are you a strategic and technically skilled product leader passionate about shaping cutting-edge B2B solutions? TLA, a market leader in automotive martech, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to elevate our Customer Acquisition Platform (CAP), a pivotal solution connecting top automotive brands with qualified buyers through innovative data integration and lead generation technology.

The Opportunity: Senior B2B Product Manager

As the Senior B2B Product Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of TLA’s flagship B2B platform – CAP. Your role will be critical in advancing our platform’s data capabilities, scaling international adoption, and enabling seamless integration with client CRMs and social channels. You’ll work at the intersection of product innovation, data strategy, and client needs to ensure CAP remains best-in-class.

You will be accountable for platform performance, client satisfaction, and eventually international growth, working cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the product roadmap to establish CAP as the global leader in automotive lead generation.
  • Oversee platform development, enhancing technical features such as data processing and validation, ML based lead scoring, CRM integrations, and social channel connectivity.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency through improved data quality, system scalability, and international market readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and automotive clients to align product features with real-world needs and commercial objectives.
  • Lead agile development practices including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
  • Act as a product evangelist, presenting CAP’s value proposition to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Take responsibility for CAP operational management, ensuring client service is optimal at all times, new integrations and operational changes are delivered on time.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned product strategist with deep technical knowledge and commercial insight. You are:

  • Experienced: 5+ years in senior product roles, ideally within B2B, data-driven, or martech environments.
  • Technically Fluent: Skilled in CRM integrations, lead data systems, and scalable platform development.
  • Commercially Sharp: Understand the client landscape and can turn product decisions into revenue-driving outcomes.
  • Global in Perspective: Proven experience in adapting and launching products across international markets.
  • Analytical & Visionary: Data-driven with a long-term vision for platform growth and industry leadership.
  • Collaborative: Effective at engaging with developers, commercial teams, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Client Facing: Adept at building and maintaining excellent technical relationships with clients through clear and effective communication, excellent organisation skills and consistent delivery.

Experience in automotive, lead generation, or marketing tech sectors is a strong plus.
