Oyster Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Marketing and Sales Support professional to back the marketing activity, customer engagement, events and sales function. You will drive campaigns, social media, exhibitions, content creation and lead generation while providing sales administration support.

The role offers variety across marketing, events and commercial activities with the potential to influence business outcomes and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, sales support, commercial administration, or a similar role.
• B2B marketing experience with a good understanding of business to business activity.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, or promotional activity.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Creative, commercially aware, proactive and detail focused.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activity across social media, direct marketing, industry publications and events.
• Support exhibitions, trade shows and customer events, managing arrangements and promotional materials.
• Assist with creating and coordinating marketing content and campaigns.
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver marketing activity.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including reports, presentations and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate sales and marketing records, databases and internal systems.
• Support lead generation and follow up activity from campaigns and events.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and customer engagement.
