Job summary

Henderson Brown Recruitment is supporting a well-established B2B professional services business in Peterborough for a Marketing Executive role. This hybrid position combines office-based work four days a week with one day remote, offering a salary of £30,000-£35,000 plus benefits.

You will own day-to-day marketing, write engaging content, manage campaigns and events, and use AI tools to optimise brand activity. This standalone role reports to leadership and requires strong writing and initiative.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience in B2B or professional services.
• Strong writing and ability to create LinkedIn posts, case studies and blogs.
• Experience with Canva, Mailchimp and AI tools is preferred.
• Comfort with AI tools and basic reporting using Google Analytics and LinkedIn insights.

Responsibilities

• Write LinkedIn posts, case studies, blogs and website content.
• Manage the company LinkedIn page and design social graphics in Canva.
• Plan, build and send campaigns to clients and contacts.
• Organise client events from venue to follow-up.
• Produce monthly reports on website traffic and campaign performance.
• Suggest ideas for campaigns, content and events based on B2B marketing best practices.
