Job summary

Up World is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to scale our course revenue and drive growth for our community of marketers in the UK. The role combines revenue ownership with a strong marketing playbook, leveraging existing databases, Lottie's personal brand, and paid ads to build brand awareness and convert leads into paying courses.

You will report to the Head of Up World, with support from Lottie and the Founder’s team.

Qualifications

• Goal-focused mindset with a revenue target.
• Comfort with outbound calls and sales asks.
• Solution-focused and capable of fixing issues.
• Ambition to build something bigger than the role.
• CRM/ops setup and automation experience is a plus.
• Experience building a lead-gen pipeline from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by owning the course revenue and growth plan.
• Generate leads and build brand awareness through campaigns.
• Own the full funnel from awareness to enrolment.
• Coordinate with freelancers for design and copy.
• Report on sales, conversions and enrolments; optimize accordingly.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Claude, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier.
