Collaborating with Implementation, Product and Engineering, you will diagnose issues, provide guidance, and participate in scheduled weekend support as part of a team rota, ensuring reliable, consistent service for customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or similar.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and calmly.
• Problem-solving mindset with curiosity to investigate issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class support for GolfNow B2B tech across channels.
• Diagnose product/configuration/workflow issues and guide next steps.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and keep customers updated.
• Escalate complex incidents to Product/Engineering with clear details.
