Job summary

Netcompany UK is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator (Consultant) to join our high-performing marketing team in London. You will coordinate activities across Events, Content, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement and Internal Communications, with exposure to PR and Government Relations.

This fast-paced role requires strong project-management, copywriting and design sensibility. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing UK to keep projects moving and ensure brand consistency in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced marketing, events, agency or similar environment.
• Interest in events and ability to thrive in events-led environments.
• Strong project-management skills with attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Mature, dependable and resilient with capability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive and hands-on with a willingness to learn and cover new areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of B2B, internal, and external events from logistics to attendees and onsite execution.
• Project-manage marketing activities, timelines, budgets and stakeholder coordination in our CRM.
• Support GTM collateral creation for the UK GTM team.
• Ensure all UK marketing materials adhere to branding guidelines and design standards.
• Write, edit and proofread clear copy for internal and external purposes.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Provide occasional coordination and logistical support for other Marcom activity.
• Support internal employee engagement campaigns and initiatives.
