Job summary

FTL Secure Solutions is seeking a driven New Business Sales professional to win and secure enterprise security projects across access control, CCTV and intruder alarms. This role blends strategic outreach with hands-on deal closure in a hybrid environment based from our Crowthorne HQ, with field visits to client sites.

You will target SMEs, public sector, education and corporate clients, building long-term relationships and delivering security solutions that meet complex site needs.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in security solutions (access control, CCTV, intruder alarms).
• Ability to identify opportunities and progress from lead to project win.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV and intruder alarm systems; biometrics advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop new business from initial lead to project completion.
• Engage with B2B clients, understand requirements, and offer appropriate security solutions.
• Manage pipeline, grow accounts, and build trusted client relationships.
• Collaborate with technical experts to deliver CCTV, access control and intruder alarm solutions.
• Work across education, corporate, leisure and public sector spaces.
