Job summary

ResQ in Seaham is seeking a Business-to-Business Sales Agent to drive outbound sales with business customers. You will identify decision-makers, build strong relationships, and present tailored energy solutions while working Monday to Friday with uncapped commission.

This role offers a base salary of £25,610.65 plus performance-based incentives, full training, and clear career progression in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in outbound telesales, contact centre, B2B or B2C.
• History of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and close sales.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
