Job Description:

PrettyGreen is looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Exec & Content Creator to join our Growth Team, which focuses on building the agency’s brand, showcasing our work, and attracting new clients and talent.

The role involves creating compelling content, developing creative concepts, and ensuring effective amplification across target audiences. It reports to the Agency Marketing Lead and collaborates with various teams including Studio, PR, influencer, and events.

This position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a dynamic, award-winning agency environment.

Experience in Consumer PR, Influencer, and Experiential sectors is advantageous.

The Role:

Project Management:

  • Maintain the agency’s marketing calendar, including social media schedules, podcasts, awards, and events.
  • Develop social media strategies with influencer team to reach prospects, partners, and potential employees.

Content Creation:

  • Create social media posts, simple designs (Canva), and short videos (Capcut, Descript).
  • Draft long-form content like blogs.
  • Coordinate with Studio and freelancers for advanced content like showreels and animations.

Social Media & Campaigns:

  • Manage paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta platforms.
  • Engage with community, monitor engagement, and track trends.

Podcast Support:

  • Assist with scheduling guests, publishing episodes, and promotion.

Email & CRM:

  • Use Mailchimp for newsletters and invitations.
  • Manage contact database and segmentation.

Website & Online Content:

  • Update content on WordPress, optimize for SEO, and gather testimonials and case studies.
  • Coordinate with web developers for updates and run Google Ads with paid media support.

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and optimize content performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Produce coverage reports and activity summaries for leadership.
