PrettyGreen is looking for B2B Digital Marketing Exec & Content Creator to join the PrettyGreen’s Growth Team – a group of four working to build the agency’s brand, showcase our work, and attract new clients and top talent.
The B2B Digital Marketing Exec & Content Creator is responsible for creating stand-out content, from developing creative concepts and ideas to ensuring first-class execution, and ensuring it’s amplified across our target audience.
The role reports to and works closely with our Agency Marketing Lead, and collaborates regularly with our Studio, PR, influencer and events teams to bring each team’s in-depth expertise to our own marketing activity.
It’s an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent organisation and people skills, with strong attention to detail; who’s looking to work across a busy, award-winning agency, to help us showcase our story.
Experience of working in the Consumer PR, Influencer and Experiential sectors, would be advantageous.
The Role:
Content Creation: Creating social media content using Canva, producing simple video reels with tools like Capcut and Descript, writing social media posts, drafting long-form content like blogs, and collaborating with external freelancers for showreels and animations.
Social Media Management: Managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and tracking trends.
Podcast Support: Assisting with scheduling guests, publishing episodes, and amplifying content for our influencer podcast.
Email and CRM: Sending newsletters via Mailchimp, updating contact databases, and segmenting lists.
Website and Online Content: Managing website content with WordPress, optimizing for SEO, gathering testimonials and case studies, coordinating with web developers, running Google Ads, and uploading content to partner sites.
Analysis and Reporting: Tracking content performance with Google Analytics, producing coverage reports, and summarizing activity for leadership.
