PrettyGreen is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Executive & Content Creator to join our Growth Team, a group dedicated to building the agency’s brand, showcasing work, and attracting new clients and top talent.

The role involves creating standout content, developing creative concepts, ensuring top-quality execution, and amplifying content across target audiences. The position reports to the Agency Marketing Lead and collaborates with the Studio, PR, influencer, and events teams.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to work within a busy, award-winning agency to tell our story. Experience in Consumer PR, Influencer, and Experiential sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

1. Project Management: Updating marketing schedules, developing social media plans, and coordinating with teams.
2. Content Creation: Producing social media content, writing posts, drafting blogs, and working with freelancers on videos and animations.
3. Social Media Management: Managing paid campaigns and community engagement.
4. Podcast Support: Assisting with podcast production and promotion.
5. Email & CRM: Sending newsletters, managing contact databases.
6. Website & Online Presence: Managing website content, SEO, and running Google Ads.
7. Analysis & Reporting: Tracking content performance and producing reports for leadership.
