PrettyGreen is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Exec & Content Creator to join our Growth Team in Preston, Lancashire. This team focuses on building the agency's brand, showcasing our work, and attracting new clients and top talent.

The role involves creating standout content, from developing creative concepts to executing and amplifying them across target audiences. The position reports to the Agency Marketing Lead and collaborates with the Studio, PR, influencer, and events teams.

Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience in consumer PR, influencer, or experiential sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

1. Project Management: Updating marketing schedules, developing social media plans, and coordinating with teams.
2. Content Creation: Producing social media content, writing posts, and developing long-form content like blogs.
3. Social Media Management: Managing paid campaigns and community engagement.
4. Podcast Support: Assisting with podcast production and promotion.
5. Email & CRM: Managing Mailchimp campaigns and contact databases.
6. Website & Online Content: Updating WordPress site content, SEO, and managing external content uploads.
7. Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring content performance and producing reports for leadership.
