Job Description:

PrettyGreen is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Executive & Content Creator to join our Growth Team, a group of four dedicated to building our agency's brand, showcasing our work, and attracting new clients and top talent.

The role involves creating standout content, developing creative concepts, ensuring excellent execution, and amplifying content across target audiences. The successful candidate will work closely with our Agency Marketing Lead and collaborate regularly with our Studio, PR, influencer, and events teams to leverage their expertise in our marketing activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a dynamic, award-winning agency environment to share our story.

Experience in Consumer PR, Influencer, and Experiential sectors is advantageous.

The Role:
Project Management
  • Maintain the agency’s marketing calendar, including social media schedules, podcast series, awards, and events, coordinating with colleagues across the agency.
  • Develop social media plans with the influencer team to reach new business prospects, industry partners, and potential employees.
Content
  • Create engaging social media content using Canva, Capcut, Descript, or similar tools.
  • Write social media posts and long-form content like blogs.
  • Collaborate with the Studio team and external freelancers on producing showreels, animations, and complex content.
Social Media Management
  • Manage paid social campaigns via LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta advertising tools.
  • Oversee community engagement, respond to comments, and monitor trends.
Podcast Support
  • Assist with scheduling guests, publishing episodes, and promoting the podcast "What They Said".
Email and CRM
  • Use Mailchimp for newsletters and event invitations.
  • Update and segment contact databases.
Website and Online Content
  • Manage website content using WordPress, optimize for SEO, and gather content like testimonials and case studies.
  • Coordinate with web developers for updates and run Google Ads with support from paid media specialists.
  • Upload content to partner sites such as The Drum, Little Black Book, and Creative Brief.
Analysis and Reporting
  • Track and optimize content performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Create coverage reports and contribute to activity summaries for leadership.
