Job description

PrettyGreen is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Exec & Content Creator to join its Growth Team, a group dedicated to building the agency's brand, showcasing work, and attracting clients and talent.

The role involves creating standout content, from developing creative ideas to executing and amplifying across target audiences. It reports to the Agency Marketing Lead and collaborates with Studio, PR, influencer, and events teams.

Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience in consumer PR, influencer, or experiential sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Maintain marketing schedules, develop social media plans with influencer team, and coordinate industry activities.
2. Content Creation: Produce social media content, including simple designs and videos, write posts and long-form content, and collaborate on complex media like showreels and animations.
3. Social Media Management: Manage paid campaigns, monitor engagement, and respond to comments.
4. Podcast Support: Assist with scheduling, publishing, and promoting the influencer podcast.
5. Email & CRM: Use Mailchimp for newsletters, update contacts, and segment lists.
6. Website & Online Content: Manage WordPress content, optimize for SEO, gather testimonials, and coordinate website updates with external developers. Run Google Ads and upload content to partner sites.
7. Analysis & Reporting: Track content performance, produce reports, and summarize activity for leadership.
