Job Description:

PrettyGreen is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Executive & Content Creator to join our Growth Team, focusing on building our brand, showcasing our work, and attracting new clients and top talent.

The role involves creating standout content, developing creative concepts, and ensuring effective amplification across targeted audiences. The candidate will work closely with the Agency Marketing Lead and collaborate with our Studio, PR, influencer, and events teams to leverage their expertise in our marketing activities.

Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in consumer PR, influencer, and experiential sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Maintain marketing schedules, develop social media plans, and coordinate with teams to capture upcoming work and industry activity.
2. Content Creation: Produce compelling social media content, including simple designs and videos, write posts, and draft long-form content like blogs.
3. Social Media Management: Manage paid campaigns, community engagement, and trend monitoring.
4. Podcast Support: Assist with production, scheduling, publishing, and amplification of the company’s influencer podcast.
5. Email & CRM: Use Mailchimp for newsletters and manage contact databases.
6. Website & Online Content: Manage WordPress content, optimize for SEO, and coordinate website updates and paid Google Ads.
7. Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze content performance, produce reports, and summarize activity for leadership.
