Job Description:

PrettyGreen is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Executive & Content Creator to join our Growth Team, a group of four dedicated to building the agency's brand, showcasing our work, and attracting new clients and top talent.

The role involves creating standout content, from developing creative concepts to executing and amplifying them across target audiences. It reports to the Agency Marketing Lead and collaborates with the Studio, PR, influencer, and events teams.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent organization and people skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a dynamic, award-winning agency environment.

Experience in Consumer PR, Influencer, and Experiential sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Maintain the agency’s marketing calendar, including social media schedules, podcasts, awards, and events.
• Develop social media plans with the influencer team to reach prospects, partners, and potential employees.

Content Creation

• Create engaging social media content using tools like Canva, Capcut, and Descript.
• Write social media posts and long-form content such as blogs.
• Collaborate with the Studio team and external freelancers on videos, animations, and complex content.

Social Media Management

• Manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta.
• Engage with and monitor social channels, respond to comments, and track trends.

Podcast Support

• Assist with scheduling guests, publishing episodes, and amplifying content for the 'What They Said' podcast.

Email & CRM

• Use Mailchimp for newsletters and invitations.
• Manage contact database and segmentation.

Website & Online Content

• Update and optimize content on itsprettygreen.com using WordPress and SEO best practices.
• Gather testimonials, case studies, and team bios.
• Coordinate with web developers and run Google Ads campaigns.

Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyze content performance using Google Analytics.
• Produce reports and summaries for leadership.
