Job summary

IMPRESSION RECRUITMENT LIMITED in Ripon is seeking a Content & Marketing Executive to create and deliver engaging content across marketing channels, strengthening the company’s brand and position within the industry.

You will manage content across website, blogs, emails and social media, develop B2B content for LinkedIn, design assets, run Mailchimp campaigns and maintain WordPress, working closely with the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in content marketing, copywriting or related role.
• Strong writing and editing with attention to detail.
• A genuine eye for design, layout and visual storytelling.
• Confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp and social media platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver the company's content and marketing strategy.
• Write engaging content covering industry trends and market developments.
• Create and publish content across the website, blogs, email campaigns and social media.
• Develop engaging B2B content, particularly for LinkedIn.
• Create and schedule social media content across company channels.
• Design graphics, layouts and visual assets for marketing materials.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Update and maintain website content using WordPress.
• Identify new content opportunities linked to industry trends and sourcing stories.
• Use AI tools to support content creation while maintaining brand voice.
• Ensure all content is accurate and brand-consistent.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing to support wider objectives.
