This is a great opportunity for an experienced B2 who wants to work across both line and base maintenance, supporting a busy helicopter operation and working alongside an experienced engineering team.

We're open to experienced B2 Licensed Engineers without a current helicopter type rating, with type courses available for the right candidates.

What you'll be doing
  • Carrying out and certifying avionics and electrical maintenance within your company authorisations
  • Supporting both line and base maintenance
  • Fault finding, troubleshooting and rectification across aircraft systems
  • Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
  • Working closely with pilots and operational teams to accurately identify and resolve defects
  • Reading and interpreting aircraft technical data and maintenance documentation
  • Supervising and supporting non-certifying engineers where required
  • Ensuring all work and documentation meets the required quality and safety standards
  • Supporting maintenance away from the main facility when operationally required
  • Working within Part-145, CAA and company procedures
What we're looking for
  • UK CAA Part-66 B2 Licence
  • Strong hands-on avionics/electrical maintenance experience
  • Good fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
  • Comfortable working in a busy operational maintenance environment
  • Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, safety and compliance
  • Previous rotary-wing experience would be ideal, but we're happy to speak with B2s from other aircraft backgrounds

We're interested in speaking with good B2 engineers even if you don't currently hold the required aircraft type rating. Type training can be provided for the right person, making this a strong opportunity if you're looking to move into or build your career within rotary-wing maintenance.
