Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting an experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to support A400M maintenance at RAF Brize Norton. You will perform maintenance, certification, and leadership duties to ensure aircraft availability and safety in a highly regulated military environment.

The role requires a valid B1 licence with Category B approval, completion of the A400M Type Course, and MOD Phase 2 Technical Training. A security clearance is required for this key RAF programme.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid B1 licence and Category B licence as per CAA Part-66.
• Lead groups of engineers on assigned maintenance tasks.
• Provide technical support and mentorship within the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform and certify A400M maintenance in line with Technical Documentation and Company Procedures.
• Certify own work and authorised colleagues' work.
• Support aircraft availability and delivery targets.
• Mentor apprentices and new starters.
• Engage in offsite AOG and line support when required.
