Manpower UK is recruiting a permanent B1.3 Licensed Engineer to support rotorcraft operations at Oxford Airport, with roles also in Shropshire. You will certify maintenance and repairs on AS350/EC/ERA rotorcraft and ensure compliance with UK CAA standards.

Ideal candidates hold a B1.3 licence, strong rotorcraft knowledge, and flexibility to travel within the UK. A joining bonus and a further bonus after 12 months are on offer.

This permanent B1.3 Licensed Engineer position with Manpower UK is based at Kidlington, supporting helicopter operations at Oxford Airport, with additional roles available in Shropshire. The successful candidate will certify maintenance and repairs on rotorcraft, ensuring compliance with UK CAA regulations including Part 145, Part M and UK ANO. Duties include maintenance inspections, airframe, power plant and systems repairs, plus replacing avionic line replaceable units and conducting simple verification tests. Applicants should hold a B1.3 licence and possess strong rotorcraft knowledge, ideally covering types such as AS350, EC130, EC135, EC145, H135, H145 and H160. What you''ll be doing:

What you''ll bring:

• Part 66 B1.3 Licence with a strong understanding of engine and airframe systems.
• Knowledge of UK CAA regulations, especially Part 145, Part M, and UK ANO.
• Experience in a rotary environment is desirable; type training can be provided.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate well to customers and team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
• DBS Security Clearance and eligibility for SC clearance.
• Ability to travel within the UK and abroad as required.
