Meritus in Scotland is seeking an experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join a rotary‑wing operation, working on the H145. You will carry out maintenance and certification within the scope of the company authorisations, supporting both engineering and day‑to‑day operations.

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join a rotary‑wing operation based in Scotland, working on the H145. Working a highly attractive 14 on / 14 off rotation, you will be responsible for carrying out and certifying aircraft maintenance within the scope of your company authorisations, supporting both the engineering and day‑to‑day operational requirements of the aircraft. Duty periods run between 08:00 and 18:00, however the role is driven by the requirements of the contract, meaning there will be periods of downtime and rest throughout the working day rather than continuous work across the full duty period.
We're looking for a capable, hands‑on Licensed Aircraft Engineer who can operate effectively in a varied rotary environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable combining aircraft maintenance and certification responsibilities with the practical ground‑support requirements of the operation. You'll need to be safety-focused, organised, technically competent and comfortable working both independently and alongside operational and engineering teams.
£75,000+ per annum, dependent on experience and licence, alongside:
14 days on / 14 days off Duty periods are between 08:00 and 18:00. Work is carried out in line with the requirements of the contract, so there will be periods of downtime and rest throughout the day. Employees are not expected to work continuously for the full duration of the duty period.
