Gloucestershire College seeks a Lecturer in Creative Media to inspire students across Level 2 and Level 3 Media courses, delivering engaging, industry-aligned teaching. You will help learners develop practical and creative skills in digital media production and hardware/software workflows.

The ideal candidate shows strong subject knowledge, a passion for creative teaching, and a collaborative mindset. A Level 6 degree and experience with Adobe Creative Suite are desirable.

Qualifications

• A Level 6 degree in Film, Digital Media, Editing, Cinema, or related field.
• Experience or strong passion for digital media and content creation.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) preferred.
• Commitment to high-quality teaching and student development.

About this Role

Are you passionate about digital media, content creation,and inspiring the next generation of creatives? We are seeking an enthusiasticand forward-thinking Lecturer in Creative Media to join our growing team atGloucestershire College.

You will deliver engaging and industry-relevant teachingacross Level 2 and Level 3 Media courses, supporting students to developpractical and creative skills in digital media production. Experience with UALqualifications is desirable, though not essential for the right candidate withstrong subject knowledge and enthusiasm.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings both creativity andtechnical expertise. You should have:

• A Level 6 degree qualification in Film, Digital Media, Editing, Cinema, or a related field
• Experience in, or a strong passion for, digital media and content creation
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Premiere Pro
  • Photoshop
  • Ideally After Effects
• A commitment to high-quality teaching and student development
