Job summary

You will assess progress, provide constructive feedback, work with colleagues and external partners, and encourage learners to explore future education and career opportunities while promoting equality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience of teaching or supporting learning in further education or a similar setting.
• Degree-level qualification, or equivalent, in a relevant subject area.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or DTTLS), or willing to work towards one.
• GCSE English and maths at Grade C/Level 4 or above (or equivalent), or willing to achieve them.
• Willing to complete Safeguarding and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training.
