Job summary

Uniting Ambition is seeking a Systems Developer in the East Midlands to join a well-established global organisation. You will design, develop and code high-quality solutions with a focus on Azure integration and scalable services.

You'll contribute by reviewing code, writing clear documentation, and collaborating in Agile ceremonies to ensure IT-enabled change aligns with business needs. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a strong technical challenge and career growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Azure Development & Azure Integration Services (Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, API Management).
• Experience with Bicep for Azure infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and code solutions that meet project and business requirements.
• Break down complex problems into manageable steps and think critically about solutions.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
• Produce clear technical documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and sprint reviews.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Understand cloud architecture and how it is implemented in code.
