Job summary

LA International is seeking an experienced engineer with strong Azure SSO and MFA expertise to support our clients in a fully remote role. This position is Outside IR35 and requires security clearance, with the potential for a lengthy clearance process.

Responsibilities include administering enterprise SSO and identity federation, configuring integrations, and leading incident triage and RCA activities. Candidates with prior high-level security clearance are highly welcome, and the organization

• Experience deploying and supporting Azure SSO and MFA
• Familiarity with identity federation protocols and integrations
• Ability to investigate MFA incidents and coordinate resolution
• Experience with security-cleared environments is a plus

• Track recurring issues and trends to improve security posture.

Job description

Our client is looking for someone who has strong experience with Azure SSO and MFA for our our clients working full remotely. This role is Outside IR35 and requires an SC clearance.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Administer and maintain enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Federation services.
• Configure, deploy, and support SSO integrations between enterprise applications, cloud services, and identity providers.
• Administer authentication and federation technologies and related protocols
• Support onboarding and offboarding of applications to the corporate SSO capability.
• Conduct the following activities for MFA incidents and service degradation events.
• Investigation and triage of MFA-related incidents.
• Coordination of technical resolver groups.
• Engagement with Microsoft support where required.
• Service restoration activities.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) production.
• Tracking of recurring issues and trends.
