Job summary
LA International is seeking an experienced engineer with strong Azure SSO and MFA expertise to support our clients in a fully remote role. This position is Outside IR35 and requires security clearance, with the potential for a lengthy clearance process.

Qualifications
- Experience deploying and supporting Azure SSO and MFA
- Familiarity with identity federation protocols and integrations
- Ability to investigate MFA incidents and coordinate resolution
- Experience with security-cleared environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise SSO and identity federation services.
- Configure and support SSO integrations between apps, cloud services and identity providers.
- Manage authentication and federation technologies and related protocols.
- Onboard and offboard applications to the corporate SSO capability.
- Handle MFA incidents and service degradation events and triage.
- Coordinate technical resolver groups and engage Microsoft support when required.
- Lead service restoration activities and RCA production.
- Track recurring issues and trends to improve security posture.
