Job summary
Graphnet Health is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to manage and support the infrastructure supporting our CareCentric product. You will work with Operations, Security and Development teams, applying Azure and Windows Server expertise to ensure reliability and performance.
You will implement observability, lead incident response, and contribute to automation and capacity planning while participating in a 24x7 on-call rota when needed.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a Site Reliability Engineer function.
- Experience with service monitoring and alerting.
- Microsoft Azure PaaS components including storage and compute.
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub workflows.
- Experience supporting Cloudflare services.
- Familiar with Terraform or other IaC tooling.
- PowerShell administration/scripting.
- Experience with Service Desk systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class infrastructure support for all Managed Service Platforms.
- Implement observability and monitor Azure Cloud footprint with dashboards and runbooks.
- Incident response, analysis, remediation and post-incident RCA reviews.
- Support performance, reliability testing and capacity planning.
- Perform routine system upgrades and platform patching.
- Promote automation to reduce manual tasks.
- Participate in 24x7 On-Call Rota.
